How are you guys doing!?
Well another change has ended and another change begins...
the time is coming closer and closer to coming home and the more I think about
it, the more the excitement leaves me. But that's enough of that. Well this
week has come to an end and the change. I think these changes will be the
hardest for me because my companion will now be going to his house and also my
last companion Elder Espinoza will also be going home. So that means that out
of all my companions that I have had in the mision, only 1 will still be in the
mission and that is the person I trained.
It's weird as more elders enter the mission because that means that
there is less people that I know and now all the misionaries that I know will
be going home to their houses.
So this week was filled with blessings, as we worked and
also as my companion was saying goodbye to the area and people.
But we put a new baptismal date this week for the 7th of May
and she is a great investigator, she's fifteen years old and she lives with her
cousin and her cousin brings her to church and also to institute, and she has
so many questions about the church. She is always super happy and she is super
quiet, but she loves going to church and also to learn about our message.
Also we had 5 investigators in the church yesterday and 4 of
them should get baptized within the next two months. One of the investigators
that came to church is one of the most "pilas" (that practically the
spanish slang in guatemala for dope) investigators that I have had and he is
always reading the Book of Mormon and always has questions and is trying to
prepare himself to be baptised this Saturday, which also is his birthday! It
would be so cool to see him to take the step to be "born again" on
his birthday! His name is Jorge and he is like 58 years old and lives alone.
presencia.
Les quiero!
